Saturday and Sunday by Appt. Only

This is our main rental workshop and office space. Please email or call us to let us know when you plan on returning your items if it differs from what has been scheduled on your order to ensure that we have a team member on-site to receive your return.

This is our UPS Dropoff Station located off Central Avenue close to Churchill Downs and UofL’s campus. All dropoffs must be addressed to Visionspire, 3131 S. 2nd St., STE 229, Louisville, KY 40208 and can be mailed to or delivered in person to the UPS Staff on-site. If you are mailing your rental items, please be sure that your item is mailed on or before the designated return date.

This is our satellite office location located on the 2nd floor in Butchertown Market, above Work the Metal. Dropoffs at this location are by appointment only so please make sure you have scheduled your return dropoff with us in advance.

** Customers may need diferent levels of verification requirements depending on your rental record with us and what insurance documentation we have on file for you. Your order may be held in pending status until we receive the required insurance information or verification from your insurance carrier.
